Long Flat Pub Inter Club Trip with Port Macquarie 4WD Club

Trip:                                    Long Flat Pub camp ground, Long Flat (west of Wauchope)

Date:                                    Saturday & Sunday, 25^th 26^th October, 2008

Start:                                    8.45am for 9am departure

Meeting Place:                   Sheather’s Machinery car park, (near railway overpass) Wingham

Classification:                    Reasonably easy

Finish Time:                      Sunday arvo

Cost:                                    $10 for club trip fees

Facilities:                            Clean pit toilets on site. Firewood available.

Bring:                                  Camping gear, and water. Suitable for campers & caravans.

General Report:                 We will be meeting at Wingham, then a leisurely drive thru the scenic route to Long Flat. We will set up camp by the river, giving us the opportunity to chat, fish, and for the more adventurous, kayak or canoe.

                                             For those interested, we have booked to eat at the pub at 7.30pm.
